Brief Testimony: Dr. Thomas John was born to a traditional Marthoma Christian family. Though he was raised in a Christian family, he never experienced Jesus personally. However, when he was eighteen years old, his mother suddenly passed away, which affected his life in every aspect. Two months after his monther’s demise, his local church priest led him to Christ, and he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Saviour. Six months later, he realized God’s calling in his life for ministry, and in one instance, God spoke to him through Mathew 16: 26, which led him into full-time ministry.

Ministry Experience: Dr. Thomas John worked with Operation Mobilization (O.M.), Youth For Christ (YFC), and Young Men Christian Association (Y.M.C.A.) for some time. He was also the associate pastor and teacher at a Baptist congregation in Bangalore for more than a decade. He has also taught in different seminaries as part-time faculty, residential faculty, visiting faculty, and has worked as Head of Department (Pastoral Theology and Counselling) in various Theological Seminaries. In addition, he also has worked in the corporate sector.

Brief Testimony: Dr. Hruda Ranjan Lohora was born to a Baptist Christian family in Odisha. Due to some family issues, his parents separated from each other at an early age. Along with his elder brother and sister, he was brought up under the detestation of their stepmother. However, at eight, along with his brother-sister, he was taken by his mother. His grandparents and elder father taught them to seek God’s favor for their lives and future. Before taking baptism, he joined Young Partners Plan of Jesus Calls Ministries on 19th December 1995, in which Bro. DGS Dhinakaran and Dr. Paul Dhinakaran encouraged him by quoting from the book of Joshua 1:5 for God’s ministry. On 26th January 1997, at the age of 25, he got baptized publicly, declaring Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior. After his matriculation, he left home and went to Arunachal Pradesh to find a job. He worked as a laborer, and later, he was promoted to work as a supervisor and office assistant. However, God spoke to him through a dream by showing Psalm 1:2-3 in April 1998, and after that, he realized God’s calling in his life and moved out to pursue theological education.

Ministry Experience: He worked with General Reserve Engineer Force (Border Roads Organization) for nine years. He also worked as a pastor in Bible Church of India for four years as a visiting faculty to Grace Bible College, Haryana. He also worked as Academic Dean & Acting Principal and Lecturer in Missiology in Pax Christiana Bible College & Seminary, Chennai years. He is currently working with Mission India Theological Seminary as Faculty & Academic Dean and Director for the MATUL program. He teaches Missiology, Cultural Anthropology, and Management.

Brief Testimony: Dr. Wilson Arasavilli was born to a Christian family. He was taught to live an exemplary life before his siblings at an early age. However, he went astray from God in his adolescence. Once, he attended a youth camp where he was touched by the Holy Spirit and accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Saviour. Later on, he realized God’s calling.

Ministry Experience:Dr. Wilson Arasavilli worked for Bangalore Baptist Hospital as a Counseling Consultant for four years. For seven years, he worked as a director of Studies, Academic Dean, and Registrar at COTR, Vazac. For two years, he worked as a teaching faculty and a registrar in Kor-In Theological Seminary, Kolar. He also worked as Academic Dean, Dean of Distance Education at ACTS Academy of Higher Education, Bangalore, for ten years. He presently serves as Registrar and Dean of Extension Program at MITS.

Brief Testimony: Dr. J. Ganesapandy was born and brought up in a Hindu family in the Madurai district of Tamilnadu. After his high school studies, he worked in a Hindu temple as an accountant in the temple’s Executive Committee. After a few months, his father advised him to learn the business, and he worked in the wholesale commission shop where the nearby villagers used to sell paddy, groundnut, and chilies. Though he visited pilgrimage centers and read religious books, he did not get peace in his heart, and his life was empty. In 1978, he ran away from his home and went to a village in the Tiruchi district of Tamilnadu. After a few months, he went to Madhya Pradesh to work in a bicycle shop and money lending business. Opposite his house, cross-cultural missionaries from Tamilnadu communicated the Gospel to the Korkus tribal community in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. The Holy Spirit ministered to him personally, and the Lord led the missionary couple to lead him to Christ. Later on, he realized God’s calling in his life, particularly for the Korkus tribe, so he went to Madhya Pradesh to serve the Korkus tribe, where he accepted Christ as his personal Saviour and Lord. God opened the door to equip himself to complete a Bachelor of Theology. So he went to pursue his theological education.

Ministry Experience: He is a Cross-Cultural Missionary to the Korkus tribe at Semadoh village in Amravati district, Maharashtra. He is involved in evangelism, primary health care, literacy, teaching, local leaders, and development programs. He has also worked for World Vision of India for some time. He teaches Missions, Cultural Anthropology, Mission History.

Brief Testimony: Dr. Roshan Jamble was born to a New-Buddhist family in Sarpewada, Bhandara district Maharashtra. For his high school, he lived in a Christian boarding school. So attended Sunday School and learned little about Jesus, but he thought of Jesus as “Satpurusha,” a good man. He didn’t believe in hell and heaven, soul and life after death. He thought to himself that if there is a God, He should talk to me. However, since he was good at his studies, he was proud of his academic excellence.
Nevertheless, in B.Com's final year, he failed due to health issues. After that, he was in depression for about six months, and finally, he decided to commit suicide in a night, but God, in His mercy, revealed Himself. He heard the voice of God saying, “Roshan, Roshan, I am God, I allowed you to go through suffering so that you can know me.” That night he was healed completely. After which, he saw dreams for three days in which he came to know that Jesus is the only Savior and there is life after death. Subsequently, after a few days, he accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Saviour, and later on, he realized God’s calling in his life.

Ministry Experience: Dr. Roshan Kamble worked as a trainee social motivator for two years, as a probationary pastor for one year, as a full-time teaching faculty at UTSM Seminary Pune, Maharashtra, as a secretary of NDS. Above all, he has been a pastor for twenty-five years. At present, along with pastoring the church, he teaches at MITS.

Brief Testimony: Dr. Sambhav Ajitsingh Winget grew up in a Christian hostel which is Prem Seva Shikshan Sangh, Gorewada Nagpur. Though he was raised in a Christian hostel, he never experienced Jesus personally. However, when he was studying in Prakash Institution of India Wadi, he understood the Christ, and he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal saviour. Later as he attended church regularly and prayer to God, and God showed the way to him through Jeremiah 1:1-5 which led him into the ministry.

Ministry Experience: Dr. Sambhav Ajitsingh Winget worked with Ebenezer Theological Seminary, Kollam as part-time Lecturer for 2 years (2013-2015). He worked as Dean of Students and Faculty at India India Baptist Theological Seminary, Kerala for 2 years (2015-2017). He also worked as Registrar and Faculty at India India Baptist Theological Seminary, Kerala for 6 years (2017-2022). Brief Testimony: Mrs. Sarita Samuel was born to a Hindu family. When she was in the eighth standard, her father became ill, got some sort of infection in his leg, which spread all over his leg, and eventually, he had to amputate his leg. Afterwhich her maternal family, relatives, and local church pastors prayed for him. Later on, pastors led them to the church, and in the church, she was fascinated about the worship and singing hymns. Brief Testimony: Rev. Satish Sukhdeve was born to a Christian family. Though he was taught to fear God from his childhood, he lived a worldly life, practiced bad habits, quarreled with his friends all the time. However, once he was sick to the point of death. His parents prayed for him, but he was not healed. Later, his parents were asked to repent and ask God for forgiveness for his sins, and he did on his sickbed. After which, he was completely healed, and he decided to commit his life to Jesus and accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Saviour. Later he decided to go to a Bible College to learn the Bible, and gradually, he realized God’s calling in his life.

Ministry Experience: Rev. Satish Suhkdeve has been working as a pastor for ten years. He is also a full-time faculty of MITS for the last seven years.

Brief Testimony: Mr. Paul P. Josheph was born to a Christian family. His birth was critical; there was a complication in his physics. His parents did not expect him to live, but he was born by God’s mercy. Therefore, his parents dedicated him to God’s ministry in his infancy. Later on, he was entirely healed because his entire family came closer to God. In a Sunday School retreat, he Accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Saviour. Subsequently, he took water baptism and experienced the Holy Spirit personally. Afterwhich he realized his calling to become a gospel preacher and a Bible teacher.

Ministry Experience: Mr. Paul P. Joseph started his ministry as a village preacher in Odisha in the early 90s. He worked as a pastor at a church at Balimela, Odisha, served as a principal at Beersheba Bible Institute, and as a Coordinator for IET at Nabarangpur, Odisha. He also worked as faculty at BTC Pathankot, Kerela, SALTDC, Pipariya, Kerela. At present, he works at MITS as a faculty.

Brief Testimony: Rev. Nirmal Soren was born to a Christian family in Chhatisgarh. Though he was brought up in a Christian family, he was not interested in Church activities. Once, his elder sister encouraged him to attend the church service. So he went to church that Sunday and heard the message about Jesus Christ. The life of Jesus inspired him. Later on, gradually, he started going to church and attended revival meetings, and subsequently, he accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Saviour. Later, he sometimes realized God’s calling and dedicated his life to God’s ministry.

Ministry Experience: Rev. Nirmal Soren worked as an evangelist in the local church for a year. He worked as a pastor Coordinator in Chindwara, Madhya Pradesh, for two years. He is currently working as a pastor in Chindwara and teaching faculty at MITS.

Brief Testimony: Mr. Shashikant Nayak I was born to a Baptist Christian family in Kandhamal, Odisha. He was taught to fear God from his childhood. However, in his teenage, he came across good and bad friends who led him to bad habits at one point. He was inspired by science and the big bang theory or Darwin’s theory of Evolution because it explained the universe well. One evening, his grandfather gave him a magazine to read for their family gathering. It included the testimony of a young girl who was taken to heaven and hell. It is mentioned that Jesus was weeping for the people in agony because millions of people were dying without knowing Him and going to hell every day. As he read it, he realized God’s heart pain for the lost, and he was one among them. He thought to himself it was God who was waiting for him to turn to God because God loves him so much. That night, on the 4th of December, in the year 2011, he repented and accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Saviour. After committing his life to Jesus, he asked God about his future. While he was pursuing B.A. and was in the final exam, one mid-night God spoke to him through Acts 10:22 to go to Theological Seminary, and he realized God’s calling in his life. So, he went to Mission India Theological Seminary (MITS), Nagpur, to pursue theological education in 2012. After getting the proper teaching on Jesus, salvation, and Baptism, he took water baptism on the 2nd of September in 2012 and committed his life to God at (MITS), Nagpur campus.

Ministry Experience: Mr. Shashikant Nayak worked as a staff trainee at Inter Collegiate Prayer Fellowship (ICPF) in Rourkela for some time, at evangelist at Global Team India in Hyderabad for one year, at teaching staff at Mission India Bible College (MIBC) in Goa, and as an intern at Hindustan Bible Institute and College (HBI) in Chennai, and Siliguri for a year. He has also worked as a teaching staff at Kothakotta Pupil’s School in Hyderabad for a year.

Brief Testimony: Mr. Renison Kalyani was born and brought up in a CNI Christian Family. Though he was raised in a Christian family he had no personal experience in Christ. However, his mother always encouraged him to draw closer to God but he was resistant to her mother’s advice. Once, he left his home after getting irritated by his mother advice but at that night, he had a severe stomach ache. He was helpless all alone and prayed for his healing. By the grace of God he was healed completely. That was the time where he experienced God and His power for the first time. After which, he started attending church regularly and God rescued him from many accident which led him to come closer to Christ. As he attended church regularly, he discovered that the teaching that is given in the church is inadequate and sometime inappropriate. So, he decided to go to the Bible College to study the word of God deeply. In the Bible College he sensed God’s calling in his life and dedicated his life for ministry.

Ministry Experience: Mr. Renison worked as a pastor at CNI Mugalisara Church, in Surat, Gujarat from 2012 till 2022. At present he is a faculty at MITS.

Brief Testimony: Khune A. Pao was born and brought up in a Christian family. She was raised in the fear of the Lord from her childhood. However, it was during one of the prayer meetings at her local church through the work of the Holy Spirit she received the conviction to take water baptism. Thus, on 29th of April, 2012 during her plus two studies she got baptized publicly declaring Jesus as her personal Lord and Saviour. Subsequently, she also expressed her desire to go for theological studies and serve God. Since childhood, she had a deep admiration for theologically trained man and woman of God, who frequented her Church. So, her inclination toward her calling started off early. Moreover, her parents always wanted one among eight children to go for theological studies and serve God. Nevertheless, after surrendering her life to God, her commitment towards ministry became strong. With much support from her family after completing her bachelor degree in secular studies she joined Eastern Theological College, Jorhat, to equip herself in service to God. In her theological venture, she learnt God’s plan in her life and committed her life in God’s will.

Ministry Experience: Right after her M.Th. degree she joined MITS as a teaching faculty. At present, she holds the women’s’ Dean Responsibility along with her teaching.

Brief Testimony: Rev. Samuel Yennu was born to a Christian family. He accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Saviour at fourteen. His parents dedicated him to God’s ministry at an early age. He was involved in evangelism ministry for some time, and later, he pursued his theological education. He was inspired to be involved in full-time ministry in the Bible College.

Ministry Experience: Rev. Samuel Yennu worked as an Associate Librarian at MITS. At present, he serves as a Chief Librarian at MITS.

Brief Testimony: Mr. Semon Lhouvum was born and brought up in a Christian family. He was active in all the church activities from his childhood. Unfortunately, in his teenage, he got along with friends who influenced him negatively. He did not get away from them in order to be accepted and appreciated by them. He tried to live a godly life but the more he tried to get rid of it the harder it became. However, he in August 2012, he attended a crusade and heard the message about God’s purpose and providence in his life. Having heard the message, he surrendered his life to Christ. Thus he started reading Bible seriously and went to the Bible College.

Ministry Experience: After surrendering his life to Jesus, Semon he along with his family met an accident but God rescued them all which actually led him to realize God’s purpose and calling in his life. He was a missionary to Nepal under Youth With A Mission (YWAM) for 5 Months. He also worked as a teacher in private schools for a couple of months. He worked as a Youth President under Thadou Baptist Association, Manipur from 2019-2021 and also was engaged in ministry at his local Church.

Brief Testimony: Miss. Puja Atrahe was born to a staunch Hindu family who practiced all the Hindu rituals regularly. She comes from a dysfunctional family. Her mother was a second wife to her father after his first wife’s death. Her father is an alcoholic and mentally challenged person who left her mother all alone and abandoned her out. So, her mother went to her brother’s house along with her two children. However, one day a neighbour came to them and shared the Gospel, introduced Jesus to them. Her mother got hope in Jesus and received Jesus while Miss. Puja was ten years old. After a few years, they came to her father but her father and her brother started drinking alcohol and fought with each other which led her to depression. Very often, she used to weep and weep and weep found no hope at all for a peaceful life. However, soon after her twelfth standard, she went for a Summer Vacation Bible Meeting which was organized by her local church pastor. During the meeting when he listened to God’s messages, she realized that God loves her and cares for her. She felt peace in her heart and had a desire to know more about God and the word of God, and hence she went to pursue B.Th. at MITS despite a lot of opposition that she faced from her family. Once, during the Spiritual Renewal Meeting, God spoke to her through a dream at night to follow Him, and thus he decided to surrender her life to Jesus and accepted Jesus as her Lord and personal Savior on 17th July 2017.

Ministry Experience: After completing her M.Div., she joined as a staff in MITS. At present, she serves as assistant women’s warden.

Brief Testimony: Mrs. Alice Paul was born and brought up in a Mar-Thoma Christian family. She lost her father in her early childhood which shattered her life including her family. However, God with His divine compassion through her mother’s perseverance prayer, He sustained them. As she experienced fatherless, she longed for fatherly love. Once, a Sunday school teacher taught her about how Jesus loves her more than her father and that led her to be curious to know Jesus and experience His love. Thus, while she was eight years old, she realized Jesus’ love in her life and accepted Him as her Lord and personal saviour. After a few years, at the age of fourteenth she received the call for ministry but she was hesitant to submit to the call due to her family’s broke situation and women were not given any opportunity in ministry during those days. However, she was reminded of God’s calling in her life time and gain and was confirmed through Isaiah 42: 5-8 & Mathew 6: 33. After which she went to North India to the ministry

Ministry Experience: Mrs. Alice has worked as an evangelist in India Pentecostal Church in Kollam for a year and with Indian Evangelical Team from 1997 to 2002. She also worked as a faculty at Beersheba Theological College, Pathankot, Punjab from 2004 to 2005, and at South Asia Leadership Training & Development Centre, Pipariya, M.P. from 2005 to 2012 and from 2016 to 2018. Then she joined Mission India as a ministry associate in 2018 and at present, she is a faculty member at Mission India Theological Seminary.

Brief Testimony: Mr. Sidhartha Humne was born to a Buddhist family in Gadchiroli, Maharashtra. His father deserted him along with his siblings and his mother at a very young age, because of which he grew up unloved and abandoned. After his studies, he worked as a government employee in which he experienced corruption and was persuaded to drink alcohol. Afterward, he experienced loneliness and uncertainty about his future. So he decided to resign from the job and return home. Providentially, he met one of his school friends who had just graduated from MITS, who shared the Gospel with him in 2010. He was inspired by the Gospel and his fiend’s life-transforming testimony, and he decided to pursue theological education in that same College where his friend was graduated. After coming to MITS, he experienced Jesus more and decided to commit his life to Christ and realized God’s calling.

Ministry Experience: Mr. Siddhartha S. Humne worked for the local MLA for one year and was a government employee for two years. He is currently serving as teaching faculty and as an office assistant at the MITS office.

Brief Testimony: Mr. Johnson J. was born and brought up in a Pastor's family. Accepted the Lord as saviour at fourteen and soon after received the call for ministry and dedicated life for serving the Lord. Did theological studies for more than seven years in different colleges and has been serving the Lord as a Pastor as well as a Bible teacher.

Ministry Experience: Served as lecturer and Chaplain at NIBS, Kerala. Became the Registrar and teacher at IPC Theological Seminary Kottayam, Kerala. Later served as the Academic Dean and lecturer at SALI in Coimbatore, TN. Has served as Pastor in various congratulations in India for many years. Currently residing in Nagpur and serving as Pastor of IPC Ebenezer church as well as engaged in teaching ministry.

Brief Testimony: Mrs. Christa was born and brought up in a Christian family of the Baptist denomination. She grew up in a spiritual and missional environment, being a daughter of a father who was an active evangelist besides his teaching job in a Government School and a mother who was a prayer warrior. Through her father’s Gospel message, she came to know Jesus as her Lord and personal Savior and was baptized on June 5, 1994.

Ministry Experience: Mrs. Christa worked with Grace Mission School, Dayavihar, Haryana as a caretaker of the children. She worked as an associate in pastoral ministries besides her involvement in the women’s empowerment ministry. She is passionate in evangelism and church planting and continues to reach out to the people of other Faiths in nearby villages.

Brief Testimony: Mr. Shibu Chacko was born to a Christian family. His mother was a godly woman who prayed for a boy, and after he was born, she dedicated him to God’s ministry. Her mother always encouraged him for ministry, but he disobeyed his mother. So, he decided to look for a job and went to Delhi and worked for two years, then came back to Bhilai, where he lived and started his own business. It earned well for r sometimes, but went astray from God, depending on himself instead on God. Finally, he went bankrupt; then he started praying to God that if it's not God’s will for him to do business, then lead him to the ministry. In November 2004, through Dr. Saji Lukos, he came to MITS campus and accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Saviour by publicly taking water baptism in July 2005. After which, he started working at MITS.

Ministry Experience: Mr. Shibu Chacko worked as a cashier in Semilink Technics Private Limited Sector in Noida, UP. He was a proprietor of a Borewell Business for twelve years.

Brief Testimony: Mrs. Mini Shibu was born to a Christian family. She grew in the Lord from her childhood since she was brought up in a Christian family and by the godly environment that she was in. However, she didn’t experience God personally. When she, along with her family, came to MITS campus through the guidance of Siji K. Lukos sir, in 2004, she grew in the knowledge of God and accepted Jesus as her personal Lord, and Saviour then took baptism on 31st July 2005. Later on, she realized God’s calling for her life.

Ministry Experience: Mrs. Mini Shibu worked as a Cashier at Nirmal Higher Secondary School in Jabalpur. She worked with Mission India Theological Seminary as an accountant for seven years.

Brief Testimony: Mr. Kishor Sable was born to a Christian family. After receiving Gods call, he dedicated his life to serving God and did his Diploma in Theology.
